For the past 14 years, she worked in emergency medicine, during which time she received a diploma in Primary Emergency Care (Dip PEC). She previously worked in the United Kingdom, both in the private sector and NHS. She is compassionate and caring and enjoys getting to know her patients to provide the best possible care. Her years spent working in the emergency department have provided her with experience in a wide variety of conditions. Dr Paul enjoys all disciplines of medicine. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends. She is also passionate about traveling.

She also has advanced life support certification and has been involved in emergency medicine, but her passion is family medicine. She approaches patient care holistically from a family-centred perspective, with well-being and quality of life as goals in caring for patients. Dr Carlisle is particularly interested in aesthetic procedures focusing on skin rejuvenation and anti-wrinkle procedures. As a mother of three, free time is a luxury; she enjoys being out in the sun, camping, cycling, doing handicrafts, and spending time with her family.
